Dogs should not be separated by breed to determine if they are aggressive just like people should not be separated by race. I am a single mom and we have 2 wonderful dogs but the apartments tell me that one of them is aggressive because of his breed even though they haven't even met him and that we cannot keep him at the apartment even though he is family too. I am currently paying over $2000 a month for rent but am told I don't qualify for a mortgage that might cost $1500 or less because of my credit. I know I cannot be the only person that has a problem similar to mine. I want to raise awareness and if I can raise enough money maybe even help others that are in the same boat that I am. All I want is to have a home of our own where the kids and dogs can play outside without judgement and be able to leave something to my kids.
