hello my name is Jake. My grandmother Sheryl is 83 years old but sharp as a tack and is very active and has been her whole life. However a couple weeks ago her car blew a head gasket and the shop said it may have a cracked head and she was told the head gasket alone will be around $3000. And she doesn't have that kind of money nor does anyone in our family. She tells me every day that she is going crazy from being stuck at home without a car.. she has no way of getting to the market... having a car I think helps her feel like she has purpose and honestly she uses her car to help others way more than herself and I can just see that she's starting to become depressed and lonely and I so badly don't want her to feel like that especially in her last years. My grandma is my best friend and I'm trying to do everything possible to help her get her car fixed she needs it so badly.
