Mom's house fire
This afternoon, my mother's home was destroyed in a sudden and tragic house fire. In just moments, everything she owned was lost. Even more heartbreaking, she lost several of her beloved animals- companions who were like family to her. My brother and employee, who was working on the electrical wereable to escape safely, but now my mother and her granddaughter are left with absolutely nothing. Her clothes, furniture, personal memories, and daily essentials were taken by the fire. To make her situation even harder, she was in the process of getting homeowners insurance but did not have it yet. She lives on a fixed income, leaving her with no financial safety net to start rebuilding her life. We are reaching out during this incredibly painful time to ask for help. Donations will go directly toward basic necessities, temporary housing, replacing what she lost, and helping her begin the long process of recovery. Any amount- big or small- truly makes a difference. If you are unable to donate, sharing this page means the world to us. Thank you for your compassion, your prayers and your support as we try to help my mother get back on her feet afyer this heartbreaking loss.
