Hey everyone, my name is David, I'm 23 years old and currently homeless in Washington DC. I am receiving government benefits (SNAP and Medicaid), and I am starting a paid training program in June as well as actively looking for some part time/temporary work I'll be able to manage alongside the program, however at the moment I have no stable income and I'm hardly able to stretch my SNAP benefits throughout the month. This is why I'm asking you all to please help me out if you're willing and able. Ideally with some help I'll be able to start eating healthier, and with the rest I'm putting it into my savings account and not touching it for the foreseeable future and likely using it to help me secure my own place once I've been working steadily for a few months.
