Need get back to usa health
My name is Richard Edwards and im disabled on disability! Im stuck in the Philippines and they dont have good health care here, and they want to charge me alot of money which i dont have! I need help, just enough to buy a plane ticket from Manila to Los Angeles, then from Los Angeles to San Antonio, Texas! my health is getting worse and if i can get back to the usa i can get back on my Medicare and Medicaid!
