Need Help

My dad was a veteran he was disabled he was partially blind he needed a heart and kidney transplant. Our Apartments did everything that they could to deny him and us every service available our AC was out for 5 weeks and he was on oxygen so we called APS they finally came out and fixed it our apartment flooded in November they refused to send a plumber. I paid out of pocket $3,100 to have this sewer line for the entire building replaced. We were in 5 in of sewer water in the span of 5 days on the 5th day is when it really got bad. My dad had diabetic neuropathy and he had open sores on his feet from kicking things. He also had detached retinas and cataracts he couldn't see and he didn't realize the floor was flooded. He slipped and fell in that nasty ass water I could not bathe him I had to give him a wipe down with wipes that wasn't good enough. He contracted a blood infection in November and he he tried to fight it. Six antibiotics three different hospitals later. On February 20th this year my dad's heart stopped for 10 minutes they were able to resuscitate him. I had him transferred from HCA Clear Lake to Methodist in the medical center where his transplant team was. On February 25th he got to Methodist they did a bunch of tests on him and that night he called me and he said Nikki they said I still have the infection they're going to move me to a different room and try a different antibiotic and this is going to be the Hail Mary cuz it's the last one they can try. 2 Days Later my dad's heart stop and they tried for 1 hour to resuscitate him. I lost my dad because my apartment refused to do anything and they even laughed at me on the phone when I called them when it was flooding. My husband was working for the apartments they were holding his checks then they evicted us saying that we never paid any rent when we thought his checks were going towards our rent so not only did I just bury my dad at the Houston National Cemetery. But I am now homeless because of Oak Hollow Apartments. My husband and I are looking for a vehicle or a place to go something. I was my dad's provider cuz he needed 24/7 care and when he died my contract was terminated so not only did I lose my job but I lost his income also and my husband lost his job. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated and I have contacted the Department of Justice civil rights Department I've contacted Houston area apartment something or another high contacted so many different companies and what not to get assistance also the apartments already had an open APS case against them so when his APS case worker find out that he passed away for their negligence this will be exciting. We did everything in our power to stay in our apartment but the judge denied every motion refused to hear our side we sent him amples amounts of evidence against the apartments it just didn't matter I had to give up one of my dogs because I just couldn't have her on the street with me. My cats are in my mom's garage because I couldn't have them in a tent with me my husband and my other dog. Again any assistance would be greatly appreciated if anybody has any information or anything please let me know something thank you.
