Need help starting over!

Hello, I'm asking for help to try to bring some much needed relief, as well as a little closure, to a good friend who just recently (on June 18th) lost nearly everything she owned in a devastating fire.

On the morning that this catastrophe unfolded, her boyfriend had already left hours earlier & she was asleep when it all started. After being awoken by coughing & realizing it was because of smoke, she immediately could then see that a fire had ignited at the opposite end of the 40 ft trailer. With the smoke now making it hard to breathe & also to see, she knew that time was of the essence if she was to make it out of there. Her first reaction was to get her bag next to the bed which had her phone in it to call 911 & second was to get the dogs out.

Thankfully she was able to save her 11 year old dog, as well as her boyfriend's 3 year old dog, that had just become a new mama delivering her first litter of 8 beautiful & healthy pups only 2 & 1/2 weeks prior...but sadly the large crate that the puppies were in was right next to the growing flames, making the plastic on it melt from the heat so she was unable to reach them & their tiny newborn lungs couldn't handle the smoke inhalation so tragically, none of them made it out alive.

After watching everything go up in flames, leaving them with nowhere to go & rain in the immediate forecast, she reached out to her boss who owns a local establishment where she works & thankfully a room was open, but that will all be changing in just a couple of short days with this Wednesday (the 25th) being the last night it's available & as of right now without enough money to get another room or having anywhere else lined up to stay, the only other option is moving into a tent up where the remains of the trailer is to clean up what's left &/or salvageable.

While not only grieving the tragic loss of the new pups as well as trying to help mama dog cope with it, the emotional distress & mental trauma caused by the fire itself has resulted in her developing insomnia, afraid that if she falls asleep another fire could ensue & it is taking a toll on her health plus the ability to perform basic daily activities.

Amidst loosing the puppies, the fire destroyed the fifth wheel that they called home along with nearly all of their personal belongings (ie: clothes, toiletries, food, bedding, dishware, appliances, tools, etc.) resulting in literally having to start over. So In the meantime any donation (no matter the size) that anyone can possibly give to help replace some of the personal items that were lost, will be greatly & forever appreciated.

She has already made contact with some local organizations regarding any resources they might have available or can help out with but there's no guarantees, leaving uncertainties & causing more anxiety to an already very stressful situation. So please consider donating if you're able & then share this link with everyone you know...or if you aren't in a position to help with a donation, then please just send prayers, healing thoughts & positive vibes her way to help ease the pain & heartache that this fire has undoubtedly caused.

Thank you for your help in this truly difficult time.
