Hello my name is Lisa Coston I'm trying to raise money to fund my weight loss surgery. About 3 years ago I was at work had to leave early because my back hurt so bad. The doctor said it was a  bulging disc they gave me muscle rèlaxers and pain meds. Returned to work the next day only to leave again because the pain was unbearable. So I was referred to  and orthopedic surgeon which later told me that I had degenerative disc disease. While at home and not working I turn to food when I was depressed, I gain like over 200 pounds. The doctor told me on my second year of being in able to do anything because I stayed in pain that I weight to much they could do the surgery if they wanted to because it wouldn't do any good. I can't really exercise because it hurts so bad to walk and I can't stand no more then 5 minutes. If I tried walking and standing I'm in so much pain. I've been denied twice for SSI. Since I've been out of work due to my illness I now have diabetes,  high cholesterol,  high blood pressure,  sleep apnea,  insomnia, muscle spasms, and edema. This DDD has really ruin my life I'm unable to work, shop, go to movies, go out to eat,  play with my grand kids. I'm stuck at home in bed almost 24 hours a day. My adult daughter is who I live with I don't know what I would do if I didn't have her in my life. If you can please find it in your heart please help me to get this life changing surgery.
