My name is Anthony, and I am facing a very personal crisis. I admittedly am the type that doesn't like to reach out in times of trial. But I honestly have no other options.

I currently have several major medical issues including type 2 diabetes and stage 4 chronic kidney disease. After numerous medical reviews I no longer qualify for disability payments. I will not be able to get back on until I go into end stage or complete kidney failure at which time I would go on hemodialysis. I had surgery in January 2017 to create a fistula in my arm for it. I am also a stroke survivor, having suffered a subarachnoid hemorrhage in 2014.

I have always tried to stay busy in my life, working small jobs just to keep my mind and my health this side of positive.

But a recent car accident has caused me to lose my ability to earn income. 

I am also struggling financially to keep up with unpaid medical expenses, shelter, and other bills.

I am at a breaking point where I am not certainly giving up, but need some short term help to get on my feet.

Whatever you can offer would be greatly appreciated. The amount would help to pay some of the most immediate expenses to get through a month or two. I have exhausted all other possible resources I can.
