Service Dog Savior
Hi, I'm Vanessa and this is a fundraiser to be able to afford a Psychiatric Service Dog.
I am officially diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety with phycosis (hearing voices and seeing things). I do take medication and I do see 2 doctors regularly to help but it isn't enough. I also have arthritis and elasticity of ligaments meaning my joints will pop in and out and will grind again eat othrt
Every day I struggle just to get out of bed; not in the regular way of waiting to sleep but just having no energy or will to even sit up. I just want to sleep forever and most of the time I don't even want to wake up; not only from the depression but also because my body just aches all the time.
With a Service Dog, it gives me a will to want to live and get up because another being depends on me and they might be able to help me stand up if I have trouble because of my joints. It would force me to go outside instead of curling up in my room.
Now, I also work and go to school (hence I can't save all the money up myself and it's why I'm asking for some help) but I'd be able to take the service dog with me where ever I go and thus it might reduce my anxiety and it can keep me tied to reality if I start to lose my grasp on reality.
Thank you so much for reading and considering donating and helping me reach my goal. I will add more things as time goes on but for now this is all I have to say so once again, thank you.
