A humble plea for help
Anyone who knows me also knows that it takes a lot for me to ask for help, especially like this. However, I have exhausted every possible resource to no avail.
After 19 years of marriage (and 25 years together in total), I have filed for divorce. I'm the only one working a full-time job in the house (currently), all while going to school AND being a stay-at-home mom. Between regular bills, legal fees for the divorce, medical bills, increased cost of living, etc., I am at the point where I can't keep up. It's like I'm drowning and there's no air supply in sight.
I've done everything I'm able to do to stay afloat, but it's not enough. So, I'm desperate and need help, which I'm embarrassed to ask for. But I don't know what else to do. I'm asking for the bare minimum of what's needed to get somewhat caught up, as I don't want to be greedy or ask for too much. Really, anything will help.
If you are able to contribute anything at all to this, please, please know how humble and grateful I am. We're all struggling to survive in this world lately, and I don't take any help given for granted. I just want to be a good mom and make sure my kids are taken care of.
I humbly thank you with all my heart.
