I have never asked for help before. I had bought a used car 2 months ago. My son was rear ended and my car totaled a little over a month and a half of having the car. Luckily we weren't hurt. Our accident happened Saturday and my partner was rear ended Sunday on his way home and everything there was a complete loss. I used my emergency fund for my down payment due to my transmission going out in my old car. Luckily insurance and GAP coverage is taking care of my old car, but I need help getting a new car. Even with just a down payment. I drive a lot for work and do home visits for patients as a hearing instrument specialist. I need something dependable that will last me a long time.
