Hey everyone,

In November of 2025, Nico was faced with a challenge unlike any he’s encountered before. Nico was diagnosed with Germinal Center Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), which is a highly aggressive (Non-Hodgkin) form of blood cancer. In this fight, he is supported by his wife Ansley and two sons. Although Ansley suffers from her own chronic heart condition that renders her unable to work, she is rallying to keep him strong. Nico’s family, is everything to him.

Since I first met my brother in law, he has been dedicated to serving others. He has worn many uniforms over the years—a firefighter, a police officer, and a Marine officer. Each one representing a different chapter of service, but all united by the same mission: protecting and supporting his community and our country. Today, he continues that mission of service, ensuring that his work contributed to the greater good of our nation. Service has never been just a job for him—it has been his calling, his purpose, and his way of giving back to the country that he loves.

We are asking for your support—not just to help with the financial burden of treatment, but to remind him that the community he’s spent his life protecting now stands beside him in this fight. Most importantly, they’re asking for your prayers. We all strongly believe in its power!
