Niece custody
My wife and I need help getting custody of my 8 year old niece my mother and father were granted custody of her because her parents were on drugs and in and out of places with her. My parents are up in age and there health is declining and they have asked my wife and i to take custody but we have to pay lawyers to do so so we need help with this please.
