I wrote a Standard Operating Procedure for Walmart to aggressively combat fraud — including digital fraud, omni-channel fraud, driver deception, wire fraud at point-of-sale, and misuse of SNAP benefits.

Instead of using the tools I gave them, Walmart retaliated.

On April 3, 2025, I sent my protected report titled “End of Spark Fraud” to Regional Asset Protection Director Nick Foust. Eight days later, they fired me. That same day, the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry confirmed Walmart owed me roughly $20,000 in stolen wages over three years.

No one disputes these facts. Not Walmart. Not their lawyers. Because they can’t.

For doing my duty and reporting fraud, I have been made homeless. I have been living in my car with my 10-year-old daughter Riley for nearly a year. My damages are compounding second by second, hour by hour, day by day. Medical debt. Backdated PennDOT suspensions. Crushing financial pressure.

This is America — the birthplace of liberty. In the state of Pennsylvania, where freedom was born, this kind of corporate retaliation against a man who stood up against fraud should not be allowed to happen.

I am a victim of retaliation, yes. But I am not prey.

As a soldier who has run out of ammunition does — I have fixed bayonets and charged the line. Fraud will never tread on me.
