I know there are a lot of us in really rough shape right now, in so many ways. I'm sorry to be here asking but nonetheless, here I find myself.

I knew I needed to get tires soon.

Life's gotten in the way.

Being Disabled on SSI hasn't helped those circumstances any. Neither has the very recent loss (and costs) of losing a family member (RIP Drake).

On my one of few trips out of the house yesterday, I had a pretty scary experience. I'm thankful for my defensive driving skills and that I made it back home safely, finally.

I know the photo looks pretty mild, but it appears to be about 1/4 of the tire that's stripped away and will hit the wheel well @ every rotation. Pretty sure it's an unsafe to drive with thing.

I'm also not able to change a spare tire anymore (I was trained, way back in 8th grade! heh), so will be in need of assistance with that, before I'm even able to get to the tire store.

If you're able to help, in ANY way; even if a share, a kind thought or tomorrow's coffee amount, I would be more grateful than you can imagine.

Though I have an electric wheelchair, I also live more than 10 miles out of town; of course the exact range of the wheelchair on a charge, no mention of the 90% that wouldn't be wheelchair accessible. I guess they frown upon riding a wheelchair in the side lanes of the freeway.
