I am a caregiver.

        I take care of an elderly women that is confined to an electric wheelchair.  She is all alone and has multiple serious health issue.  The doctors can no longer do anything to help her.  I will say, she is the most independent women I have ever know.  No matter how much pain she is in, she does everything possible to do things for herself.  I used to be able to take her to appointments and to go shopping.  Her situation has changed.  Her condition is declining and she no longer has a vehicle for me to use to help transport her.  I have tried everything I could think of to help her get a wheelchair accessible van.

    My goal is to try to get enough funding to get her a used wheelchair van.  A wheelchair van will allow this women some independance and allow to to get out of the house to do something other than get to doctors appointments.

    Please help me give this lady some quality of life.  I know it is a lot of money, but I have exhausted all my options and she has nowhere else to turn.
