We traveled from Stockton California to Portland Oregon meeting with pre determined prospective employers. The climate was colder than anticipated, with frozen hail ice almost May. The lawlessness of people without enough medical and financial resources was always just below the pleasentries of daily life. They are facing the largest deaparity margin between economic brackets.

After taking on a few industry standards, such as, the local Bakery and the regional dairy market that produces the frozen dairy market such as Tillamook and Aldens, I was just as disappointed as the rest.

The lawlessness gave a general disorganization and contempt, mixed with greed, pervertion and resentment. This made it very difficult to earn any wages reliably. And for certain, unexplainable events would set everyone back more than they could clear the tables.

The discontent comes from a violent blending of modern and rusty rural at the same time with out commitment or communication to the local value.

I decided to try one more employer on the way home to Northern California and that was the most extreme case of lure and bait and switch with a trap. The old 99 post office was not offering anything near as advertised or what we come to take for granted from the larger hubs and cities like Stockton, San Diego, Sacramento and Santa Barbara. I felt as though I was deliberately targeting in Racial Profiling and specific extermination of family lineage. The lawlessness of individuals trusted with such franchise resources was shocking. They constantly turned away people needing customer service and supplies. They constantly shut down and closed doors when families were expecting to use the store or employer. They refused to stock the shelves etc. Mostly only being interested in bullying and scheme that takes months and years to weave.

I was prevented from using my monetary resources owned by my family and myself. And then relieved of all my clients and business prospects. My personal telephone account for elderly and minors was broadcast to a stadium part of the week and the rest of the time to a county parole system we were never involved with. The breeches of privacy were dangerous and without decent sportsmanship policy in any way. Lane County and Douglas County were entirely with out code, creed or basic sportsmanship policy. I never thought I would see the day a family's own personal property could be manipulated against them to their disadvantage and demise. Mothers and Fathers purchasing surround air bags and surround motion sensors on the bumpers with rear cameras and smart hands free features is to express concern and respect for a lifetime.

When I was a young lady I remember attending the final funeral services for relations born 1880 years. Very common of many households we know still. I love my retro style vehicle make because it reminds me of the 1930s as well. There are many details that we still appreciate based upon those working class immigrant idealls. My Cadillac was targeted by the Oregon region in an unnecessary way. They made it impossible to carry the papers for the vehicle that would keep myself safe. Without the chance of repossession because the auto is owned by myself, the state of Oregon simply refused me service at the brick and mortar so that the vehicle would become a matter. I decided to head home to California because things were never going to change and the circumstances were too unrealistic, and was immediately harassed by 3 patrol cars on Father's Day at noon leaving the Seven Feathers Resort area. I feel this was because we were heading back to California and the local collars were viewing our GPS as we stayed in caravan.

All ages and economic brackets of patrol were present.

Every sting vehicle and department.

I am only a grandmother but I would imagine they were gathering because of Father's Day. They nearly gave me a pulmonary incident on the spot.

I had just finished purchasing infant clothes with an hour receipt from the Tractor Supply and 2 energy sodas marketed as Liquid Death.

The field sobriety test was 45 minutes long and scared away my caravan friend in the matching automobile. The breathalyzer and urine analysis ran another 3 hours but had me returning at 5:00pm to my parking space with a clean bill of health and 0.00% State approved drive papers.

The random small SBA towing company from 45 minutes away was over zealous and aggressive.

He asked for a $2,000 bribe instead of the usual 10 min and $200 tow to Walt's.

The following day he demanded the value of the automobile that I own as a grandmother even though there was no crime involved and no crime investigation holds. Somehow still came out to $12,000 and a trip to an empty house lot that quite frankly still sounds suspect and Erie.

There isn't even a Cadillac dealership that can care about the vehicle or can install software downloads in the region of Oregon that they stopped me as I was leaving. It was terrifying because they don't have the capacity for On Star or smart cars and there was not even one other comparable vehicle in the entire town.

I own the 2012 Cadillac CTS with a glass roof because I keep the USF Government and Law degree from 2005 near and dear to my Tallahassee heart still and I appreciate our American automobile manufacturing jobs staying here instead of outsourcing to Asia or Europe. Owning GM says I appreciate my retirement to the West Coast specific to this Sierra region almost a decade ago.

Please help me cover the costs of attorney and travel and lost wages and mortuary services in the meantime.
