As you all know we have had some major medical issues with our pack these last few years and also with some of our fosters. Olive is our 6-year old miniature Aussie who was diagnosed with a ruptured CCL last week. She is going to need surgery for her to be able to play and do her job. Her wiggle butt is currently broken.

We have reached out to multiple vets regarding this surgery and we are trying to stay with the VCA in Snohomish if we can get on the schedule soon. The surgery is estimated to be $4,900 to $5,800 with a years worth of physical therapy. The longer we wait the more of a chance she has to rupture her other side.

Olive is very special! She alerts us when our blood sugars are too high or getting low. She also has rescued lost dogs, rounds up loose animals, and will even climb ladders. So getting her back to normal is a must for us.

Our little Pookie will do anything for anyone. She loves to run wild in our woods and dig in the dirt. It’s been really hard to watch her limping around and being on restricted activity.

We are asking for help from our village right now. We want to get Olives wiggle butt back but are not able to without help. Our care credit is currently maxed out from unexpected medical issues with our pack.
