Let me start by saying, I thank you in advance for your generous donation.  My name is Achim Cassius Tah, and my mother, Olive Johnson Cooper has been on a roller coaster since March 9, 2019.   She was admitted at the Rhode Island Hospital, in Providence, Rhode Island on the aforementioned date and was diagnosed with Arteriovenous Malformation ( Cerebral AVM ).  She stayed in the hospital for ten days and transferred to a Skilled Rehab Nursing Home in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, where she stayed for eight days.  Whilst at home, she was scheduled to have an embolization procedure on June 6, 2019.

On April 27, 2019, Olive had a second severe seizure which led to her receiving tracheostomy and gastrostomy tubes.  My mother stayed at the hospital this time for ninety-two days, lying on her back and experiencing all sorts of complications, than the one in which she was admitted.  By the way, Olive had a third massive seizure in June, while in the hospital.

On July 29, 2019, Olive was admitted at the Respiratory and Rehabilitation Center Of Rhode Island, located in Coventry, Rhode Island.  She is presently receiving physical, occupational and speech therapy, in readiness for the "AVM"  embolization procedure, when she is much stronger.  

In this regard, Olive could use your financial help making the improbable more possible.  Frankly, the medical bills are piling up and very enormous.  Olive has always been independent and is looking forward to getting back to her normal self with your financial support.  Please help me share this campaign with others.
