We believe that God has orchestrated this journey for us, for greater ministry impact and effectiveness for our professional lives and a fresh start for our personal lives.
For Steve, it will be a homecoming, after 40 years of living on the Central Coast.
For Mistie, it will be the first adventure of being a young empty-nester.
Together, we are looking to be a help to families and children in the San Diego area, both in church settings and with the nonprofit, Family Fuel.
We are currently serving our home church in children's ministry and by teaching Love and Logic to parents, teachers and college students as well as providing parenting classes to single moms in domestic violence and substance abuse recovery thru the nonprofit.
To transition, we need:
- A new home to rent around $2500 with 2-3 bedrooms and garage
- New job for Mistie (school)
- Affordable health insurance
- Healing for Mistie's back
- An abundance of God's favor!
- A new couch
- $10,000 for home & moving costs
