For the last few years, my brother Ronnie, has been fighting stage 4 cancer in his colon, liver and in his lymph nodes. The Chemotherapy that he has been using is no longer an option for him because is now doing more damage to his immune system, than good. The only options available that insurance is willing to cover is either more Chemotherapy or Hospice, which he can't handle effects and symptoms from that treatment anymore nor does he want to give up.

Looking into things he has decided that the only option that gives him any chance to live, is to go to a Naturopathic Doctor, but it is not an option that is covered by Medical Insurance. This means that he will need to find a way to have it paid for, at the time of service. It will cost no less than $350 an appointment out of pocket for a high dose of Vitamin C and a Myers Cocktail Infusion, scheduled twice a week. These are the main nutrients that are necessary to help get his immune system back to functioning properly, due to the previous treatment. Plus that doesn't include any other supplements that will be needed along the way or travel costs. As well as, an additional cost of $150 for each appointment, in a facility in Ballard, Washington.
