Hello everyone! I am thrilled and proud beyond words to announce Pensacola‘s newest animal rescue Paws n Claws Will be holding a 10 mile “trot” a-thon on July 13th 2022!!

We are walking hand in hand, paw in paw, to raise money for dogs and cats in need!

I founded this organization with four Pensacola natives three months ago after experiencing my first full year here in the panhandle. The massive population of stray and abandoned pets in Pensacola alone is the highest in recorded history, and has jumped a heart breaking 27% in 2022 alone.

After spending days into nights into days into nights into da-.. driving around with spontaneously picked up strays, unable to take them into my home with my other dogs, limited personal funds to provide bare minimum supplies and medical care.. the list truly goes on..

I knew two things.

I would not stop picking up dogs

There are more people like me

AND HERE WE ARE!!

I am so proud and grateful beyond words of the work and progress this team of beautiful people has made in the past few months. Our growth has been exponentially larger than I ever imagined.

Miraculously we are holding our first (pending Annual title) “Trot” a thon to raise funds and awareness for our furry claw cause. We will be walking 10+ Miles around the downtown to central Pensacola area and ending at the waterfront on 17th, concluding the walk with refreshments and snacks!

Please help me meet my goal! As you are able, in any way shape or form. We are accepting applications for foster and kennel leaders!
