Paying my dog bills
Hello everyone! Thanks for reading this. It means a lot. Bruno threw up his food on September 27. He did it two times. We tried to feed him but he didn't want to eat. During the night and until the next day he was throwing up a white liquid. On September 28 we took him to a vet we've never been because we couldn't make an appointment with our regular vet. They took Bruno in quick. He got a shot and fluids to make up for all the meals he missed. They told us it should be enough and to watch him. If he keeps throwing up we should take him to an emergency vet. Our copay total that day was $400. Today September 29. We had to take Bruno early to the vet because he started having diarrhea. Over and over again. This time we went to our regular vet. We had to wait almost two hours. They took him in and told us Bruno needs a X-ray because they feel something inside Bruno's stomach. They did the X-ray. All that came out to $315. They told us we need to go to an emergency vet because Bruno needs an Ultrasound and he might need surgery. We headed out to an emergency vet and again we had to wait an hour to bring Bruno in. Luckily our regular vet sent the X-rays they took earlier. They took Bruno in, they reviewed the X-rays and told us that it looks like Bruno has something inside his stomach. They couldn't perform an ultrasound because Bruno had some food and because he lost too much fluids since he's been with diarrhea and throwing up for 2 days. Bruno is currently at the emergency vet. He's gonna be under IV the whole night because he is very weak. They're gonna wait until tomorrow to do the ultrasound and they're going let us know if Bruno has something inside his stomach. We had to pay $1150. We're hoping Bruno doesn't have anything. If he ends up needing surgery we will have to pay more. I appreciate you took the time to read this. Anything you can donate will mean a lot. I appreciate it and I will keep you updated. Thanks again.
