Payton is a state finalist for National American Miss Virginia Pre- teen. She's so excited about this wonderful opportunity. We are simply trying to raise enough funds to help cover some of the expenses, like the pageant fee, formal dress, and hotel room ( Pageant is a 2 day event 4 hours away from us).
