Phillip
In loving memory of my little brother, I'm setting up this fundraising campaign. We are not sure what fees we will run into. The amount listed as a goal is just an arbitrary number. Bubba did not have life insurance, so we would greatly appreciate any help, no matter how small. We all lived a tough life with a lot of trauma. Instead of meeting that truth head on, I believe Bubba just wanted to numb himself. He was loved by so many people. The friends from our days in Madison where we all spent the years forming unbreakable bonds. He met many friends in his adult life who cared greatly for him. He was a father, no matter how complicated his addiction, to such beautiful children. The goal of this campaign is to help with end of life plans and to put together a memorial to celebrate the love we all have for him. It's a way to say goodbye and hopefully help some gain closure. It's so we can come together and tell stories to honor my brother. Feel free to share this post for us. If possible I would like to try to leave some money for his children. I'm also able to take donations through several different payment apps. Just reach out to me. I know how tight things are for everyone, so please don't feel obligated. On a personal note, as I lost Sabrina, Phillip, Tino, Maw, Paw, Mom, and Dad, I'm officially the last one in my immediate family. I'm overcome with this lonely place in my heart. Thankfully, my husband Chris is forever standing with me through the life shattering events. He holds me up when I'm faltering. He's my best friend and rock. I am thankful for my half siblings Amber and Will. I grieve the loss of my step sister Melena, step mother Debbie, and step father Billy. I treasure I still have the love of my step sister, Tiffany. I've also got great cousins and one of the most wonderful chosen family on Earth. Our lives since birth have been a rollercoaster and it never fails to be difficult when it dips into the low moments; however, we must remember the breath taking memories from the highest points. I chose to remember my brother as my first best friend and my companion who helped his sisters when he could. The boy with the floppy hair and love of bicycles (iykyk lol). Most of all, the last person who was beside me through every obstacle we faced. I only wish I had more time with my brother and he had time to heal his heart and mind. I will keep his memory alive. Hugs to you for reading this long post. I appreciate everyone.
