Play Back for Kids

Hi everyone,

My name is Hannah Brown, and I’m from Hendersonville.

Over the past few years, I’ve noticed something sad — more and more kids spend their free time sitting on phones instead of playing, laughing, and connecting with each other outside. Many local middle schools simply don’t have enough fun recess equipment for students to enjoy during lunch and break time.

That’s why I’m starting this fundraiser.

My goal is to donate Spikeball sets and other active-play equipment to local middle schools so students can have a healthier, happier, and more social school experience. One simple game can bring dozens of kids together, help them make friends, stay active, and create memories they’ll never forget.

How Your Donation Helps

Each Spikeball set costs around $70–$80

$500 can provide about 6–7 brand-new sets

One set allows 6–10 students to play together

That means 40–60 kids active and smiling every lunch period instead of sitting alone on their phones

First Schools We Hope to Support

Local middle schools around the Hendersonville area

More schools can be added as support grows

Kids deserve real moments of joy, teamwork, friendship, and outdoor activity. Even a small donation can help create a positive space where students feel connected and included.
