Stuff happens, and life changes unexpectedly, and even the best laid plans sometimes go right down the crapper.

So here is the situation. John and I had originally planned to stay in our house for another two years, with a room mate, the room mate in question had life changes, and wasn't able to come stay with us. We adjusted course, and started looking for an apartment. Moving costs and the cost of living are super high in Seattle, which generally means we need anywhere from 5-8k just to move, and that is with keeping our rent as low as possible. I have had a trip planned for over two years, that just so happens to be out of the country, and also during the last month of our lease. We had planned to extend the lease another month, just so we could all move out at a leisurely pace, however, the landlord has informed us that he is selling the house, so that is out.

Basically, I need to have my house packed, a new apartment found, and paid for by July 31st, and have enough money to pay rent in our current house through August. I know that this has been a shitty couple of years for everyone, and I hate to ask anyone for anything, but good lord are we in a spot right now. I appreciate every single one of you, so hard.
