Please Help a Single Mom
Hi, my name is Mary Ann, and I’m a single mom of three doing this completely on my own. I never thought I’d be in a place where I had to ask strangers for help but right now, I don’t have anywhere else to turn.
My car’s head gasket blew out without warning. Overnight, I lost the only transportation I had to get my kids to appointments, to get groceries, to get to work opportunities, everything. The car is completely dead. I can’t start it, can’t drive it, and can’t afford to fix it.
my parents step in where they can.
I don’t have family I can call for help.
And their father’s family… i really don’t know.
Right now, it feels like every door I try to open gets slammed shut. Their dad is in rehab and will likely be incarcerated next, so it’s only me. Every appointment, every school day, every doctor visit, every crisis. I’m the one who gets up and handles it. And I will keep doing it, because they’re my babies. They depend on me.
But this… this is something I can’t overcome alone.
I have three kids who look at me with trust in their eyes, believing I’ll make everything okay. That’s all I want to do. I’m not asking for anything extra or unnecessary, just help getting transportation again so I can take care of them the way they deserve. I have found someone to fix it and i have my own parts, i just need to be able to pay for labor.
Even $5 makes a difference. Even sharing this helps more than you know.

Thank you for seeing us.
Thank you for giving me a little bit of hope when it feels like the world has gone quiet around me.
From one human to another, i’m grateful for any help. This has been the hardest chapter of my life.
