Please, Help Angela
3/23/22 Angela suffered a heart attack while at work in her salon. She was taken to an over crowded hospital with no beds open and a broken cath lab, so she had to wait for appropriate treatment! No other hospitals were available to receiver her, either! Luckily the nurses, doctors, and staff were able to get their cath lab up and running again and were able to place a stent. Well, guess what....Angela, like so many, does not have any health coverage. She is able to use rural medical for most things, but unfortunately there is not much help for hospital visits.
I know so many people's lives have been touched by Angela! She is probably one of the nicest and most generous people you know. Just a couple of weeks ago she drove me to a post surgery follow up appointment in Knoxville bc I was not able to drive myself. While in Knoxville, a man came up to us in a parking lot and asked for money for a tow truck to tow his broken car. I'm sure we have all had an experience like that. We think, "Is this person legit? Does he or she really need money or is it a scam?" If you know Angela, you know she gave that man every dollar she had in her purse. She would literally give someone the shirt off of her back if they needed it....even if she needed the shirt too! She does not have much by any means, but she will give everything to help others.
Now, Angela needs our help! Urgently! She has no means to be able to pay a smidgen of her hospital stay. You all know she is an extremely hard worker, but even the best workers can barely scrape by. If you have just an extra dollar to your name, please, consider donating it to Angela. I know I set the fundraising goal fairly high, but it's probably only a 1/4 of what the bill will be. Anything will help! Thank you, and I will keep everyone updated on her recovery.
P.S. She is feeling much better this morning and is trying rest as much as possible, but she is still in CCU.
