Im a single mother looking to regain custody of my child. This separation is traumatizing.  Every lawyer I speak to is aware our case is being mishandled. I'm only allowed to see my son one hour a week. My ex gained sole custody a month ago and all my son wants to do is come home. My ex's mother is hoping to take my child from me completely. My son is not close to her at all. Last time he stayed with her, he got very sick due to stress. So to be with her now is his worst nightmare.
