Hello!  I am trying to purchase an 8 acre farm. I have both saved money and jumped through many hoops but the bank will not work with me on this rural property.  My loan officer informed me that I would have to come up with an additional $17,000.  I've been working an extra 24hrs per week to generate what is needed but I fear that this property would be under contract before I could.  This property encompasses the perfect location and size to house ailing members of my family for It's proximal to my son, family and large enough help others.  I am short of $13,000 to put down as part of 25%. I have tried to just get a short loan.  However, my credit score is too low and I cannot find a reliable co-signer.  I have a lot riding on this chance opportunity. This is a very time sensitive matter and I am desperate.  I would rather just pay back a loan with a fair rate.  If any of you are reading/listening, please help me or just point me in a sure direction toward a positive result!
