​I am reaching out to my community for help as I take a major step toward a healthier future. I have made the decision to enter a rehabilitation program, but I am facing a significant financial hurdle.

​Because I do not have private insurance and do not currently qualify for state-funded programs, the costs for treatment must be covered out of pocket. Every dollar raised will go directly toward:
