Hi,my name is Melissa, by boyfriend and I have this beautiful dog,beautiful to us anyways his name is George, hes pitbull an bull mastiff ,this picture is his couple days ago an a month ago he was running jumping an happy an healthy ,it started with a a small limp in left back leg an we took him to the vet an they diagnosed him with hip dysplasia. We got all the prescriptions and did everything right we were supposed to obviously it was not hip dysplasia we went to another vet within three weeks ,and had X-rays done and it shows a big Mass on his left hip an said its bone cancer, which they quoted us $4,500 to $5,000 with the chemo afterwards, he has lost 18lbs in those three weeks ,my boyfriend is a painter and I am on disability,plus just started working part time for Sams Club in tampa ,but havent even received my first check yet ,this upcoming fri ,ill get my frist check and obviously we don't have the money for that, we spent $700 just on the two vet visits an prescriptions prior, we (george) dont have much time left at this rate, we have a appt wed aug 23,2017 at the vet again for a second opinion an hes a Orthopedic vet ,it is Southpaw vet ,located in tampa ,but thanks for taking the time to read my story, ive never reached out for any help before like this but this issue with my baby boy george is breaking my heart, just seeing him in pain ,i really want to try to get him the help he needs as quick as we possibly can ,thank you so much, Melissa Carson
