XMAS TOY DRIVE in Memory of Prinz Oliver
Two years ago our Xmas spirit was shuttered… on Xmas morning we tragically lost our dear friend and cousin Oliver! Xmas was his favorite holiday and Oliver never missed a year to dress up as Santa for the kids and shower them with gifts! We are starting this Annual Xmas Toy Drive in honor of Oliver and we could not find a better cause to support as to Collect and personally hand deliver Toys for the kids in need at Los Angeles County General Hospital.
Over 1000 Kids a MONTH of all ages and of all walks of life pass through this Hospital! Level I trauma and Intensive care, Child physical, psychological and sexual abuse, Orphans, Kids about to be put into the foster system, terminal cancer… most of these kids come in to the Hospital all alone, devastated and very scared… and during the Holiday Season their Xmas Spirit is definitely Broken! They are missing out on all the joy and happiness it supposed to bring!
It might be just a small little toy to us all, but to these kids it means EVERYTHING: it's a sign of compassion, love and that someone actually cares about them. This small gift can mean the difference between Life and Death… the desire to survive, to Live!!!
Help us spread the LOVE to make a difference during one of the hardest moments in these kids lives! Help us lay the foundation to restore their Holiday Spirit… one toy at a time… let's give these kids HOPE! Oliver would have wanted us to do just that!
