Fellow Americans our family is in need of some help to fight one of the biggest corrupted agencies in the United States. We are in need of an attorney to aid us in the appeal court to remind those who have some control that they can't just do whatever they want whenever they want. If we are all going to be held accountable for what we do, then that goes for them too. Let me give you a little insight. America, June 29, 2021 it was early evening, about dinner time for most normal families, 4 - 6 police officers and one DCS employee illegally trespassed onto our property, tried to kick in my front door, with no success, however they stormed the mobile home at the front of our property and scared our daughter half to death, then they came looking for mom and dad. They were located not more than approximately 15 feet away from the mobile home in a pull behind camper where they had fallen asleep taking a break in the air conditioned camper after working outside in the back yard in the very hot weather for hours. Mom had a warrant (not at that address, No one even asked to verify her name or read her rights to her), she walked right out the door and put her hands behind her back. There was no altercation or fight at all. Now that should have been that, but nnooo. The sheriff's deputy and dcs employee said they were not going to leave until they spoke to our child (which I found out later is against our rights according to the Indiana code). The DCS employee asked mom if she would voluntarily submit to a Drug screen and she complied, because she knew she didn't have anything to worry about, she was clean. After mom was escorted off the property, 4 of the remaining 5 officers radioed in to see if they could leave the property to assist another call, leaving only one sheriff's deputy and the DCS employee. Mom was informed later that right as she had pulled away the DCS employee had our daughter get some of her things then they just left with her, not giving her father any paperwork or reason to why or where she was going. It has been a complete and utter tragedy that has left our family separated in shambles for the past 8 to 9 months. The entire time the court system and dcs office has been working together against our family trying to keep us apart. Our daughter's grades have went from honor roll to Fs and now they just started to kind of listen to the parents whom have requested more time to work with her homework. However the judge never wanted to listen in the courtroom about how the actions from the day they stole our daughter was against our rights as Americans and our daughter just needs to come home. There is a list of protocols that didn't get followed by the dcs employee and the judge has not followed the correct court proceedings from the start. Now we have to take this case to the appeals court, which it is filed, to fight for our rights as Americans and get our family back together, however as long as the same judge picks our attorney for us we will not get represented correctly in court and that is why we are in need for the money to hire a real attorney who will defend us and our rights.
