Hi, my name is Shyanne, and I’m the proud single mother of a beautiful 3-month-old baby girl. From the moment I found out I was pregnant, I promised to give her the best life possible — one filled with love, safety, and stability. I’ve been there for her every moment, through every late-night feeding, every tear, and every little milestone. She’s my whole world.

But right now, I’m facing something no mother should ever have to face. My daughter’s father — who hasn’t had any contact or involvement with us since January 2025 — is suddenly trying to take her away from me. He didn’t attend a single prenatal appointment, wasn’t there for her birth, and hasn’t contributed emotionally or financially since. Despite all that, he’s now pursuing sole custody, asking the court to reduce me, her mother, to just a visitor in her life.

I’ve raised my daughter entirely on my own. I’ve been her provider, her comfort, and her only consistent parent. And now, I’m being forced to fight a painful legal battle just to keep her with me — right where she belongs.

Unfortunately, hiring a good attorney and covering court fees costs far more than I can afford as a single mom. Every dollar raised will go directly toward legal representation, court costs, and protecting my daughter’s future. I’m not asking for much — just the chance to stand up for my baby girl and ensure she stays in the safe, loving home she’s always known.
