As a 35-year-old mother, Navy veteran, wife, crazy cat lady and tender of chickens, I've begun to look at myself and see how I've been worn down.

My 20's consisted of a traumatic pregnancy, domestic abuse, and a rise above when I joined the US Navy and finally broke free of the cycle. I did not emerge unscathed, and I now struggle with self-image and worth as a woman.

I could go into the psychology behind it, I'm sure, but I want to look in the mirror and see a gorgeous, strong woman, not the tired, burned out creature before me.

I was given an opportunity to have a boudoir shoot for a super reduced price for the experience. I am so excited I have the opportunity to have photos taken that could reinvigorate my self-esteem!

Unfortunately, professional photography is pricey, and a physical plus digital copy of each photo is between $300-500. Each photo you purchase comes with a digital copy, but you can only get digital copies with a photo purchase.

And that is my dilemma. It is very pricey for me to purchase a photo, much less an album.

However, there are albums beginning at $1,500.00 before tax with multiple photos (14 i think?) and the digital copies.

The priciest one is a bit over $10k, but you get 72 photos in a large, gorgeous album, prints, and all digital copies.

I'd love to have the largest of course, but even just being able to purchase a photo without feeling guilty about spending money on myself instead of my family would be amazing.

If anyone donates and I'm able to purchase the photos, I would be more than happy to also send the copies to donors once it is completed.
