Hello. My name is Melanie. For the last few months I have been battling some significant medical and mental health issues. I am battling an eating disorder known as Bulimia. It has been a struggle for a long time. I have lost in excess of 120 pounds this last relapse. My mental health and physical health have suffered greatly. I am no longer physically able to do what I love like playing tennis because of my brittle bones. I have no energy and am tired all the time. I also have heart issues and reaccurant fainting spells. 

I did go through a wonderful eating disorder inpatient program and am now doing an intensive outpatient program 5 days a week.

My doctor has taken my license away and the ability to work. This has caused me to suffer severe depression anxiety and panic attacks.

I need help getting some supplies and equipment that I desperately need to get through this battle
