RALLY FOR JUSTICE: HELP HCV DISTRIBUTION RECOVER FROM RACIST ATTACK!

Hello, my name is Tim Kimble and I am part of The HCV Distribution Corporation - a proud minority-owned business in Toledo, Ohio. Today, I am humbly reaching out for your support as we fight to recover from a devastating, racially motivated hate crime that destroyed our business and shattered our sense of safety.

On the morning of the attack, our security alarms immediately notified law enforcement, who were located just 0.2 miles away. Yet, despite urgent warnings, the Swanton Police Department did not respond for over an hour, allowing the suspects to vandalize, burglarize, and utterly destroy our entire business. The walls were left covered in racially motivated graffiti, a painful reminder of the hatred we faced.

When we sought justice and retained legal counsel, the authorities dropped our case without identifying any suspects, leaving us with no recourse and our business in ruins. We have filed complaints at every level - local, state, and national - and currently have a pending complaint in the Fulton County Court of Common Pleas: HCV Distribution Corporation vs. State Farm Fire and Casualty Company.

We are asking for your generosity to help us cover mounting legal fees, operational costs, and the enormous task of rebuilding. Every donation brings us one step closer to restoring our business, reclaiming our rights, and standing up against racism and injustice.
