Hello my name is Rashell. I was working at boeing ditstabution services . I started getting sick I was not sure what was wrong. Went to the Doctor constantly They kept telling me all my symptoms was different issues. I felt they was all connected. Had over 20 issues starting with in a six month frame time. How about two months ago I got let go from my job. I have been struggling with finding another job because of my issues. Which are dizziness, off balance, headache's, arm & leg numbness, nausea, vomiting, falling down, memory loss, vision lbluriness loss of bowling & bladder control & body pain.

So I have been struggling financially. As well as needing to go out of Wichita to find a neurologist that will see me. All of the neurologist in Wichita don't take my insurance or don't take new patients at this time. So I will need to go to Kansas City or Oklahoma to find one.
