Real estate flip with good margin to help aid in treatment for heart disease ( diastolic dysfunction). I was diagnosed two years ago and the symptoms are starting to become more difficult to deal with. I need to help with medicines and visits so I invested my only 13000 into a home in disrepair. The homes estimated value is 73000 but I need to put in about 5000 in supplies and 1000 in labor. After which I should see a profit of a minimum of 25000. Possibly 50000.
