I’m asking for help with something that affects my health, my confidence, and my ability to move forward.

My life changed at 39 when I was involved in an accident that was not my fault and sustained a C-6 spinal cord injury. Eight years later, I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. That battle cost me the company I had built since I was 20 years old. Ten years after that, I shattered my thigh bone. And just last month, I shattered my hip.

For 28 years, I’ve faced one challenge after another — and I have stayed positive through it all.

My family and friends have supported me in every way they could, but the internal fight has always been mine to carry. I’ve never stopped pushing forward.

Now I need critical dental work on my lower plate. I saved money to fix my top plate, both bottom and top teeth just crumble to pieces after the radiation to my face, started breaking 10 yrs after the Radiation. The requirement ,four implant posts placed in my lower jaw to properly secure my partial denture. Without these supports, eating is difficult, speaking can be uncomfortable, and daily life becomes more challenging than it should be.

This isn’t cosmetic. It’s structural.

These implants will allow the lower partial to lock in securely, improving stability, comfort, and long-term oral health. Right now, the instability affects nutrition, confidence, and even my willingness to be out socially. I would truly like to visit friends more often and be present in public without discomfort or self-consciousness.

Before I shattered my hip, I was working — and my goal is to return to part-time work once my health is stabilized. This procedure is an important step toward regaining independence and continuing to rebuild my life.

Years of medical recovery have stretched finances thin. Insurance does not fully cover this procedure, and the out-of-pocket cost is more than I can manage alone.

I’m not asking for a handout — I’m asking for help finishing what I’ve worked so hard to rebuild.
