Life has a way of changing plans when you least expect it.

My husband, Scott, is scheduling to have major back surgery much sooner than we anticipated. We had planned and prepared for this surgery to happen next year, but his pain has become so severe that waiting is no longer an option.

While we’re grateful he can finally get the care he needs, the timing has created a financial hardship. Scott will be out of work for at least three weeks during his recovery, and my income alone isn’t enough to cover our household bills and essential expenses during that time.

Asking for help is something we’ve never wanted to do, but we’re setting our pride aside because we truly need it. If you’re able to donate, no matter the amount, it would mean more to our family than words can express.
