My name is Nicole Daniels. In 2013 my landlord lost his apartment building due to taxes in The United States, SC, thus; I became homeless. I lived there 10 years before displacement. I was blessed a year later when a friend allowed me to sleep on his bedroom floor. I suffered depression and suicidal actions and thoughts. It was during this trauma (2014) that I composed my DPS Daniels Professional Services LLC business plan. Many disappointments, betrayals, prayers, tears, fears and jobs later in 2020 faith and self preservation lifted me. I finally incorporated : MY 2014 Entrepreneurial Endeavor (DREAM). My business does land/yard maintenance, janitorial cleaning residential/ commercial, and interior painting along with a few other services (pressure washing/roof and gutter cleaning/ removal of trash or unwanted furniture). 2021 taxes estimate $11,000*/ 2022 taxes estimate $15,000* . I thought I was moving up and towards self sufficiency and financial stability. I had went from renting that apartment to renting a house. My home based business was doing OK aswell providing all needed necessities. I lived there 8.5 years. Once more tragedy struck. While still suffering the death of my two best friends of over 25 years my shelter was again threatened. Humbly and with empathy I tell you once more a landlord of mine suffered financial problems. This time my landlord was losing his live-in dwelling. Regrettably he was losing his house. I was given one month to move so he could move his family In the house he OWNED. SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST! NOTE: he did however offer me to buy house in a tremendous rush. I couldn't afford it at the time. You see I was still surviving hand-to-mouth. Last thing he said is he needs his house and I will just be stranded. September 18, 2023, I became again displaced. Believe it or not I have not given up. I wish to continue my business and move forward in my life goals; However, I NEED HELP URGENTLY. PLEASE CONSIDER. Thank you in advance for your life saving blessings.
