Derek Conway was shot and killed May 23rd, 2024 at the age of 36. 

Derek was an avid nature lover. who spent a lot of time outdoors He had lots of nights out under the stars in many and far away places while adventuring lots of land. He loved to talk about his experiences with nature and animals as well as losing his keys in the woods and falling out of trees. He collected patches from National and State parks he visited along the way. Also, he went out to visit many homeless individuals to bring them food and what he could out of his pocket. His many journeys were far from complete. 

Along with the unexpected funeral, cremation, and memorial service there are increasing costs for multiple legal services, storage, property theft/missing/damaged, upkeep, etc. in relation to Derek's passing that our family would require assistance. We are all in a traumatic time and need the support of others. Please consider donating to show support for Derek, in this darkest of times.
