I was hoping I didn't have to ask for help like this and it's almost humanly impossible to come with the amount I need but I'm going to try my hardest.. so this is what happened my varo bank account was hacked and my rent + the late fee was on there I had $830 and some change on there all but 30 of it was taken off of my account I did not find this this out til 3 days ago when the manager of the trailer park called and said they were filing an eviction on me because it was insufficient funds so I checked my account and seen a bunch of transactions that I never made when I told the landlord she said I have til their office closes that day to come up with $849 to pay it... I tried and couldn't get it... it is not logically possible to come up with that amount unless you know someone that's got it to loan or do something illegal I don't know anyone that can just hand that amount out and I definitely am not trying to do something illegal... I have filled a police report and I have tried contacting varo which varo is not answering or emailing me back... well I got another call from my landlord yesterday and I told her again I'm trying to get the money I have tried disputing the transactions and have not been able to and that I have filed a police report and she said that it is now $949 and If that isn't paid by Monday there will be another $300 added for legal fees because they have to turn it in to their lawyer to process the eviction and that I will also be charged with check fraud even though I did not pay with a check it was paid with my debit card and as far as I knew the payment was accepted I have proof of everything I took screenshots of the payment being accepted and submitted and of all the transactions and a case number for the police report and they are not working with me at all I don't know what else to do I have to have it by midnight tonight I have four kids and pets and will have a hard time finding somewhere for my family and things to go please please please HELP ME!!!!
