Help Me Stay Afloat After Hospitalization
Hi everyone,
It’s not easy for me to ask for help, but lately life has thrown more at me than I can manage on my own.
Just before I became seriously ill with pneumonia, I lost my job. Around the same time, my car kept breaking down, adding even more financial stress to an already difficult situation. Things snowballed quickly, and I eventually ended up hospitalized.
I’m home now and focusing on recovering, but I’m facing the financial aftermath of everything that’s happened. After paying for my medication and groceries, I have just $50 left to my name.
My immediate concern is keeping a roof over my head. I have $537 in rent due October 21 and another $1,095 due November 1. That’s $1,632 in rent alone, and I’m trying to figure out how to cover it while I recover and work toward getting back on my feet.
I’m setting a goal of $2,000 to help cover these rent payments, fundraiser fees, and any immediate housing-related expenses.
I’m doing my best to move forward, find work, and regain some stability. Asking for help isn’t easy, but I know I can’t do everything alone right now.
If you’re able to donate, any amount would make a difference. If you can’t donate, sharing this fundraiser would mean just as much.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for any kindness, support, or encouragement you can offer. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to get through this difficult chapter and start rebuilding.
With love and gratitude,
Kylie
