I unfortunately fell behind on my rent and bills due to job loss recently, I have started a new job but I can’t seem to get back on track. I have late rent due and utilities. I live in a two bedroom apartment with my 10 year old daughter and I hate that I’m struggling to keep a roof over our heads and the power on in the house. I just need a little help to assist me getting back to where I can take care of us on my own. I am at risk of eviction with no where to go and electricity shut off. I’m not receiving any government assistance or housing assistance because I was told I don’t qualify based on my past employment. I’ve never been in this situation before and don’t know what to do. I have no support from friends or family so I’m basically trying to keep my head above water for the sake of my daughter. It will break my heart to explain to her she doesn’t have a room or apartment anymore. I am in fear that we will end up on the streets. Any help is appreciated greatly and will 100% go towards my bills. Thank you so much to those who can help!
