An unexpected microburst hit the field Asher was practicing at with his soccer team on 9/8/26. Our coach is amazing and his priority was the kids safety and getting them to shelter. During the storm he lost his equipment for 2 teams including 4 small goals and a large one. The storm did a lot of damage with fences, light poles, and a dozen trees being taken out. Every kid and adult was thankfully safe. While we know there are other areas dealing with worse damage, we have a dedicated coach and we want to help replace his equipment. We are asking for small donations to reach our goal. It’s a lot for one person but with many of us together we can do big things.
